The spiritual journey is precisely that.
I am a companion, guide and resource to help people take the next courageous step in their journey of faith.
Welcome
If you are here, it is likely because you are searching for the next step in your spiritual journey. If so, welcome. This is a safe place to explore, discover and go deeper.
In a word, courageous.
In the last 20 years I’ve worked with a wide range of people from every place on the spiritual journey. Some are full of faith, others are about to walk away from it all. Some are energized, excited about what lies ahead, while others feel stuck, exhausted, even wounded. Despite these differences, each person has a sense that there is more: the journey is not over.
The people I work with are also, in a word, courageous. They may not always feel bold and brave, but the fact that they are willing to look inward, ask the hard questions and search for ways forward says otherwise.
There is more.
I’ve learned that the spiritual journey does not have any magic formulas or quick fixes, but there is more for each of us. Time and time again I’ve witnessed people do what they thought was out of reach: discover wisdom, uncover hope, receive healing and experience a deeper connection with God.
What is the next step on your journey?

Next Steps
Spiritual Guiding
This 1:1 format gives us the chance to go deeper – discovering the gifts of your story, working through pain and disillusionment, and discerning what is the next part of your journey.
Wilderness Retreats
The natural world offers us immense gifts: space, beauty and truth. These 1-day, 3-day and extended trips connect us to these offerings and provide opportunity for solitude, rest and growth.
Group Learning
The collective wisdom of a group can help us see things we’ve missed and learn in ways we could not have on our own.
Guiding Values

I work with people in all stages of faith. Some feel alive in their spirituality; others are unsure of what faith even means anymore.
No matter where you find yourself in this season, this is a safe space where you can be honest and curious.

Organized religion wounds too many, and faith communities often leave little room for us to be truly honest. And so you may have come to believe that your questions are dangerous and out-of-bounds, and your doubt needs to be fixed.
In our times together, you will find compassion, not judgement. We’ll lean into the struggles and the questions, trusting that in the wrestling there is wisdom.

Your journey has not reached its end. Whether you’re wanting to discern your vocation, work through the deepest questions or experience healing and hope – growth is possible and it can happen now – right where you are, just as you are.
About Me
When I finished seminary in my early 20’s there was an unspoken idea that I now knew all there was to know. I had read the books and passed the tests. Of course, nothing could have been further from the truth. I hadn’t arrived because (as I’ve come to believe) arriving isn’t the point. There is always more to learn, new truths to be uncovered and increased depth to be experienced.
