As I look back on my life one of the threads running throughout is that my growth has always been connected to others. Some people have offered me new ideas and perspectives, others have helped point the way and some have given tangible support. In short, I am who I am because others have traveled with me on the journey. I hope to offer that same companionship to others.

Here are some things that might be helpful to know about me…

I believe there is nothing more sacred than walking with someone as they pursue a deeper connection with themselves and with the Divine.

I believe that all people are made in the image of God and worthy of our full affirmation and love. It does not matter your religious background (if any), your ethnicity or race, your gender identity or sexual orientation, your socio-economic background or educational experience – you are loved as you are, and your story is of unspeakable value.

I believe that the spiritual journey is one of adventure. Sometimes scary. Sometimes thrilling. But always full of potential.

I believe that everyone is capable of living out a courageous spirituality. Everyone.

I believe that the Christian tradition has much to offer us (it is the tradition I inherited and am rooted in), but I enjoy working with people no matter their tradition or beliefs.

I believe that each individual’s journey is unique. No two paths are identical. Yes, we can (and must) learn from each other, but in the end you must decide what courageous steps to take.
